On Instagram people browse haircuts. Before booking they want prices, whether you also do men’s cuts or nails, and how to book. I’ll build a site that complements Instagram: clear services, prices and booking — for men, women and kids.
Example searches a good website can answer
hair salon Bratislava
manicure Prague
air touch Vienna
hair extensions Brno
lash lift Graz
lash extensions Košice
brow lamination Ostrava
barber Bratislava
men’s haircut Vienna
hair salon booking Prague
hair colour Linz
website for a hair salon
Booking without Direct chaos
Clients want to see which days and times are free for a specific service — and book themselves. On the site that means a form or a connection to Fresha, Bookio or Reservio. Less load on you or your admin: booking runs automatically.
A price list that is always available
Haircut, colour, manicure — prices in one permanent place. No digging through old Stories, no answering every “how much?” message separately.
Stay visible beyond Instagram
If you only promote the salon on Instagram, you miss people who look for services on Google and other search engines. Your own website keeps you findable outside the feed — and builds trust before the first booking.
More bookings, fewer lost clients
Instagram attracts. The website closes the booking. Fewer people leave because they couldn’t figure out how to book.
A clear offer for different clients
Men’s cuts, colour, nails, kids — named clearly. You don’t explain your full offer in every message.
Prices that stay in sync
When you raise a price, you update the numbers on the site. One source of truth — not one price in Stories and another in the chair.
Work photos with client consent
A before/after gallery builds trust. We only publish with consent — fair proof of work for new clients.
How do you actually get found in search?
That’s part of what I do. SEO strategy is included even with the simplest landing page. We’ll shape the copy around real searches in your city and choose a clear, competitive way to present your offer.
Questions salon owners ask before we start
Fresha, Bookio, Reservio — or your own form?
If you already use Fresha, Bookio or Reservio, we’ll add a clear button or embed — clients book in the tool they know. A simple form or phone is fine if booking is informal. The goal is one: appointments outside Instagram Direct. You don’t need to change systems for the website.
How do we handle before/after photos and client consent?
We only publish with consent — ideally written, or at least a clear agreement. No consent? Better fewer photos, but legal. I’ll suggest a simple publishing process without a developer — something you can manage yourselves.
How should the price list work on the site?
We’ll put a clear list of services and prices that you can update easily. The goal is one source of truth — not different numbers in Stories and at the chair.
How do we show a wider offer (hair, nails, lashes…)?
We name services specifically: cuts, colour, air-touch, hair extensions, manicure, brows, lashes. Separate blocks help clients and search — people instantly see what you actually do.
We have several salons or a big team. Is one website enough?
One brand and similar services — usually one site with addresses, hours and the team. If venues are conceptually different (e.g. a barbershop and a nail studio under different names), separate sites with cross-links work better. I’ll recommend based on how clients actually search.
How fast can it launch, and what do you need from us?
Typically 7–14 days. From you: service list (including men’s / unisex), price list or draft, whether you use Fresha/Bookio/Reservio, hours, address, photos with consent, logo. No booking tool yet? We launch with a form or phone and connect booking later.
